For example, if you are afraid of jumping into the water, then you can do it repeatedly by jumping into the water, but remember that it can be dangerous for you to go into the water that is too deep on your first try.

 

In the first try, you have to jump in less deep water, and when you are confident about yourself, you can swim comfortably even in deep water without any fear.
